Once your order is placed, we aim to pack and dispatch within 2-3 days. Delivery may take up to 7 days depending upon your location. Please note: once a package is shipped, the tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we’d like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We are currently unable to replace missing or stolen packages.

refund and returns
We take great care in packing orders to avoid any damage during transit. However, accidents can happen. If you receive a package that is broken on delivery, we would be happy to give you a replacement once sufficient proof of the damaged item is submitted. Please send us a video proof of the damaged item with the packaging in place to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery in order to action this further.
All sales are final. when you purchase an item from our store, you accept that all items are handmade and may feature minor imperfections. Order once delivered in good condition is considered fulfilled and cannot be exchanged.
